An occasional cafe we open in Kyoto, a record of each roast bag by bag, and a small radio broadcast that narrates the drum in real time. Just these three, kept here.
The occasional cafe
Some days, we open a counter in the streets of Kyoto. Daytime only — we do not open at night. Cup by cup, poured on the spot.

The roast log
One bag at a time, roasted in front of the drum. The curve of the temperature, the fifteen-odd minutes of motion. Each one, kept on record.

The roast radio
While the drum is turning, two AI radio personalities — a navigator and an analyst — narrate the temperature and the motions in real time. When the drum is quiet, the broadcast keeps running — small talk around coffee.
